New colleague in SAMAK team
We welcome a new colleague JUDr. David Strapac, LL.M. to the SAMAK Legal team.
David Strapáč joins us from ING Bank, where he worked on international loan agreements, LIBOR, security documents and the property development segment, among others. He received his PhD from Charles University in Prague and subsequently his LL.M. from the University of Melbourne.
At SAMAK, David specialises in corporate and commercial law and in banking, finance and leasing.
He offers our clients such services as:
credit financing, including syndicated loans
acquisition, project, export and real estate finance
standard commercial and legal advice
a range of other services which can be found on our website.
We welcome David to our team and are delighted that he has chosen to join us for the next stage of his life.
