Karel Rysavy specializes in corporate and commercial law and transactions. He also has experience in the law of obligations and contentious agenda.

He gained his first work experience after his studies in the Prague branch of the German law firm Noerr. He gained further experience while working in the LTA consulting group, which specialized in providing legal and tax services for clients from German-speaking countries. He then headed to the Accace consulting group, where he focused on business development, M&A issues and digitalization in advocacy.

For Karel, a positive atmosphere, client satisfaction and bringing the matter to a successful conclusion are key.
