The assertion of claims or other similar claims in court or other practice, leading to their successful recovery, is part of business life. How to prepare for such a procedure, which is probably unavoidable for any entrepreneur or company, or how to speed up or streamline the process as much as possible. All this will be the subject of a joint view of a lawyer and a bailiff.

• How to best secure your claims and receivables and how to avoid possible legal action.
• How to prepare in advance for possible future recoveries in order to eliminate the potential risks of legal action.
• How to otherwise increase the chances of a successful recovery.
• The advantages and disadvantages of enforcement proceedings.
• The conditions and possibilities of enforcement – the fundamental principles.
• Current trends in enforcement proceedings.

This topic will be jointly guided by the SAMAK consulting group Mgr. Michal Sebanek, partner, and for the Executor’s Office Plzen-město Mgr. Ing. Jiri Prosek, bailiff.
