Workshop content:
We will introduce you to models that lead to the elimination of psychosocial burdens arising from jobs and how corrective measures, i.e. prevention, can address the issue of insufficient benefits so that these costs are tax deductible.
Benefits, addressing psychosocial risks and assessing the psychological demands of jobs enter into a common dialogue. Psychological stress in the working environment is one of the factors monitored and evaluated in work and working conditions. Time pressure and intensity of work, three-shift and continuous work, night work, work carried out in dislocated workplaces associated with social isolation, bullying, mobbing and other problems in workplace relations are some of the factors affecting the job category.
At the workshop, we will discuss with you how to eliminate these risks and what solutions can be included in benefits so that their costs are tax deductible. At the same time, we will focus on the home office as a risk factor and its potential negative impact on the psychosocial well-being of employees. Bring your experiences and questions and let’s work together to find optimal ways to improve the work environment and benefits package to promote psychological well-being in your organization.
We will discuss with you experienced psychologist and forensic expert with 30 years of experience PhDr. et Mgr. Iva Moravcova and Ing. Iva Prokopova, MBA, who is a specialist in ISO standards and is an external auditor of the certification body. The discussion will also include tax consultant Ing. Petr Kchimel, who will explain in detail the topic of employee benefits, and attorney Mgr. Olga Vavrova, who will present the current legal regulation for home office. We look forward to a rich and interactive discussion that will allow us to explore these key aspects of the work environment and benefit programs.
